After a day or two snoozing and lazing around the chateau and surrounding towns, we packed up our cars and embarked on a glorious day in Provence.

Friday Feelings [Rust + Brick + Beauty]
This month I've been dreaming of all things in soft, warm colors and big, bright spaces.
Pinterest was, once again, my getaway into a world of beautiful things that I didn't have but needed to share a moment with. Here's the roundup of all things warm and lovely.

The Best Black Friday Buys
With the holiday season rolling in I always seem to get an itch to shop. Maybe it's the annual Christmas shopping frenzy starting up in me, or maybe it's just great marketing.
But for those of you who feel the same as I do, I've rounded up the best Black Friday deals and steals I could find. I hope you find something ahh-mazing to treat yourself to.

Friday Feelings [Leather & Suede]
I've been scouring Pinterest (where else) for fashion inspo as I gear up for a Florida winter (which is equal to a mild fall anywhere else) + a few trips this season.

My favorite find so far? Leather and suede jackets.

Brand Spotlight: Pacifica
Finding natural, cruelty free, vegan products that are good quality, affordable, and right for your skin can feel like an uphill battle if you're not in the market for another Lush product.
But, lucky for you, I found Pacifica.

End of Summer Favorites Haul
Spring cleaning came a little late for me this year. With everything going on, I didn't have a chance to clean out my closet until the boxes were packed and shipped home.

Israel
In December 2015 I had the chance to go to Israel with my best friends. Like anyone, I said yes.
I didn't take amazing pictures or worry about capturing every moment, but we ate, laughed, and drove our way through Israel with a small army of us, so I wanted to share some of the snapshots to give you a peak into one of the most incredible trips of my life.

The Beehive [I love college p. 2]
As my home away from home officially splits up (everyone in different cities, countries, and homes) I felt the need to say a few things about my favorite people from that podunk town of Tallahassee.
Despite my school's many flaws, it gave me two of the greatest years of my life in a rundown yellow house with the most incredible people on the planet.

Oregon Road Trip
After a couple days spent milling around Portland in the near 100 degree heat, we decided to rent a car and flee to the cover of the woods.

The International Rose Test Garden [Oregon]
My favorite day in Portland was when we took to the edge of the city to explore the International Rose Test Garden.

Bainbridge Island [Washington]
Our second full day in Seattle saw us ditch the city for a ferry ride to the nearby Bainbridge Island, set on squeezing in a hike during our short visit.

Seattle, Washington
After popping home on a quick flight from the Bahamas, I unpacked my sturdy duffel and packed a fresh suitcase so I'd be ready to jet off for Seattle the next morning.

A Tribute to 'The Good Years' [I love college.]
As some of you know, I just graduated from college. And when people ask me about it, what comes to mind isn't 22 hour study sessions or tough teachers or even tiny dorms.
It's the people. The experience. The life that those things breathe into you.

Current mood.
This summer has seen a lot of change for me. I graduated college, moved back to my hometown, started working again, and have traveled a lot - both with my family and on my own.
My life seems to be visibly evolving every day.

Iguanas, Plane Wrecks, and Stingrays - Oh My! [Exumas]
The rest of our afternoons at Staniel Cay were spent jetting around keeping ourselves busy with other island activities. We'd heard about an island of iguanas called Bitter Guana Cay. It was a protected, unhabited spot where you could pull up, hop out, and feed the critters some snacks.

Big Major Cay, Pig Island [Exumas]
When you mention pigs to someone, they typically react one of two ways. The first is your standard, passive "ew" that considers pigs to be pot-bellied, filth-laden, snorting pink monsters.
The second is more of an "aw" (a slight but important difference) where the person in question thinks of tea cup pigs or another small, snorty, smart critter.

Somewhere on a Beach [Exumas, Bahamas]
In 2006 some family friends opened the door to one of the greatest experiences of my life. They invited us on a trip with them to Spanish Cay, a small, private island in the Bahamas.

Changes.
While I've stayed busy traveling this past month and a half, I'm excited to say that the travel is nearing an end and changes are abounding! I have officially moved Farouche Fox to a new domain (www.farouchefox.com) & invested in a new template.
I wish I could've brought you along on my travels IRL, but fret not! I'll be up and posting about them as soon as I have reliable internet and some time to sort through the photos.
Hope you all like the changes so far, there's plenty more to come once my travels end for the summer!

Red City [London, Photography Course Project]
During my semester in London I was enrolled in a course on the basics of photography. It wasn't a very technical or difficult course. In fact, it largely catered to the fact that a hundred twenty year olds were spending four months in London and didn't want to spend those four months in class.
